¿Tienen local o showroom? 

No tenemos local ni showroom, vendemos únicamente por nuestra tienda online. Súper fácil, seguro, rápido y comodo!

¿Qué formas de pago puedo aprovechar para realizar mi compra?

Con transferencia bancaría tienen un 15% de descuento. En el caso de querer abonar con tarjeta de crédito tenemos 3 y 6 cuotas s/interés con todas las tarjetas.

¿Cuál es el costo de envío?

Los costos de envío varían dependiendo de a que parte del país se envía. Podes calcularlo ingresando en nuestra web tu código postal!!! 

¿Cómo se realizan los envíos?

Dentro de CABA y Gran BsAs, hacemos envíos en el día o a mas tardar a las 48hs (días habiles). En el resto del país hacemos envíos mediante Correo Argentino ya sea a domicilio o sucursal.

¿Dónde puedo recibir mi pedido?

Realizamos envíos a todo el país. A cada punto de la Argentina!!!

¿Cuánto tarda en llegar el pedido?

El tiempo de entrega dependerá del tipo de envío seleccionado. En general la demora se encuentra entre 3 y 7 días hábiles luego de acreditado el pago.

¿Se puede cambiar?

Sí obvio, podes cambiarlo tanto de talle, como de modelo, color. (ver condiciones en cambios y devoluciones)

¿Cuál es el plazo para realizar un cambio?

Podés solicitar un cambio dentro de los 30 días corridos desde la recepción de la compra. (ver condiciones en cambios y devoluciones)  Conforme Ley 24.240 

¿Hacen devoluciones?


Sí obvio, conforme a la ley 24.240 podes solicitar la devolución la idea es que estes contenta con tu compra, asique podés solicitar la devolución! Mientras que sea dentro de el 10 día recibida la compra y la prenda tenga la etiqueta y se encuentre en perfecto estado.

¿Qué debo hacer si el producto llega con alguna falla?

Ponete en contacto con nosotros a [email protected] o por whats app al 1157477851 y te enviarmos uno nuevo.(dentro de los 30 días corridos desde la recepción del producto. 

¿Hacen venta mayorista?

Por el momento se encuentra suspendida la venta mayorista.
